Hi, I'm Shae!
Great to meet you! I'm Shae and I gracefully agitate the world of business for the Kingdom of God…among other things. I’m a woman who loves God, loves people, and is committed to helping leaders walk courageously in their Kingdom purpose, identity, and authority.
I’m a pioneer in the global Kingdom entrepreneurship movement. Some call me an “O.G.” (and others call me “Mama Shae”) because years before Kingdom entrepreneurship was trendy, it was a personal act of obedience to start the Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur community and movement in 2012 with my co-founder Antonina Geer. Since then I’ve been blessed to ignite fires and fan flames in the hearts and minds of over one million aspiring and current entrepreneurs around the globe through my devotionals, books, courses, and podcasts centered around doing business in partnership with God. It’s been a wild, crazy, and absolutely amazing adventure, more than I ever imagined!
Before God divinely interrupted my life in the most beautiful way over a decade ago, I was a chronic overachiever who majored in “grinding” and held an honorary degree from Team No Sleep University. A series of radical encounters with the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, transformed my entire life and eventually led to the birth of my best-selling book Grace Over Grind: How Grace Will Take Your Business Where Grinding Can’t. After over 5 years on the market, this book and message are still powerfully shifting how people live, work, and engage the world around them.
Whether I am sharing on platforms publicly as a speaker or consulting privately with my clients (start-up founders to seasoned CEOs of Kingdom businesses across a number of industries), you can expect me to deliver an abundance of truth with love, grace, and contagious joy.
Some fun facts about me:
- I’ve been with my husband Phil since the age of 16 and we’ve been married for 24 years
- I’m the mother of 3 daughters from 3 different generations (they are 7 and 9 years apart!)
- I have a healthy addiction to sunshine, water, and majestic mountain views
- I have been a podcast host for over 12 years because I absolutely love this form of connection and communication.
- I now serve as the Executive Advisor for the company (Kingdom Driven LLC) I founded and previously served as CEO – my husband is the current CEO!
